The company was formed to take advantage of the perceived weakness of existing professional development opportunities, in terms of quality and client satisfaction. Talk To Tobo is owned and operated by Ntombomzi Nompumelelo Thabede (Tobo) and our company's slogan is "Make Success Your Middle Name". I have invested significant amounts of my time and capital into the company and I am passionate about seeing people succeed and will tirelessly work at ensuring their successes which translate to my success.

They lack training or development resources and the depth of knowledge needed to focus on their businesses from a true "ownership" perspective. Both these problems lead to lowered expectations, lack of business and personal growth and frequent owner burnout. I believe that I can improve upon and exploit these weaknesses to gain local market share.
